A Successfully Commissioning for the first Pressure Energy Utilization Project of Xindi Energy

The first LNG was successfully produced at 23:36pm of June 30th in Luoyang pressure energy utilization project contracted by Xindi Energy, which marked the successful commissioning of the project by meeting the completion inspection and acceptance criteria.  

The General Manager of the project owner Mr. Zhang Guangmin, the CEO of Xindi Mr. Zheng Haiyan, the Vice President of Xindi Mr. Fu Jiguo provided guidance at the project site during the commissioning stage. 

The pressure energy utilization project of ENN Litun Regulation Station is the first of its kind in ENN group. The project was officially started in October 14th, 2014. The core equipment installation of the expansion unit, the hoisting of 150 m3 of the LNG storage tank, the mechanical completion of the project as well as the linkage debugging, all of the main procedures have been gone through smoothly.

In the face of adverse weather of continuous rainy days, the project department of Luoyang pressure energy utilization deployed carefully and organized thoughtfully according to the compiled commissioning plan and emergency plan. All the staff of the project department worked overtime and overcame various difficulties. Particularly, the operators in special position continuous worked for more than 30 hours. All the preparatory works were completed in the midnight of June 30th, and the LNG was successfully produced in one stroke. 

Luoyang pressure energy utilization project is the typical project of energy development and utilization. As a new technology, pressure energy utilization realizes the integrated combination of storage station and liquefaction project with the features of low energy consumption, simple process, and high efficiency etc. 

The smooth LNG production of this project has built up rich experiences for Xindi Energy, which plays a demonstrative role in the clean energy field for ENN Group, and takes an important step in new field exploring of pressure energy application.
