New staff, New vision
The new university student training of ENN Group was held from July 27th to August 4th, 2015. As an editor and a new staff, I participated in the Xindi training class together with over 90 new recruitments. With inexperienced and ignorant emotion, here I share my feeling and summary what I have learned.
New stuff learns culture
Most of the trainees first learned ENN through the campus recruitment session, in which the integrate strength of ENN is the most important attraction factor. As a powerful guarantee to make an enterprise bigger and stronger, its corporate culture also appeals to everyone.
Through the systematic learning of the corporate culture, the development history and the safety culture, the trainees built up a primarily understanding of ENN’s culture connotation. As new comers, we may not understand ENN comprehensively, but ENN’s integrity, stability, strength, acumen, and team spirit and harmonious coexistence of the elephant culture and the snow lotus character deeply impress everyone.
I believe that culture not only need a direct read, but also need a careful taste. We may find a team belonging in the tasting with a new positioning of self-value. We are also eager to be a new writer and communicator for the culture of ENN.
New staff sees workplace
Workplace seems very close and quite far from us at the same time. What exactly the workplace is? Confusion is lingering above the head of every university student who just gets out of the campus. We are eager to start our own career, and longing for blazing a trail in the career path. Through learning, we gradually understand the meaning of "workplace like battlefield". We believe, as long as we pay attention to study, we will break through the maze eventually and reach the victory shore.
New staff dreams of future
Just out of the campus, we are full of beautiful yearning for the future with high spirit and pride, which not only inspires us but also creates a sense of loss. Fortunately, the training arrangement helped us ease this feeling. Through asking and answering session, we strengthened our choice. We also learned the principle of steadfast, diligent and down-to-earth in the same time.
Ten days training is a quite short period in the life journey, the road ahead is still very long. Nowadays, we will keep on chasing the development dream and opening a new journey by carrying the hope of our predecessors.
