THE GAS-AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP INDEPENDENTLY DEVELOPED BY XINDI ENERGY ENGINEERING SUCCESSFULLY TESTED
On August 6, 2017, the gas absorption type air source heat pump independently developed, designed and manufactured by Xindi Energy Engineering successfully completed the test, realizing stable operation with parameters in line with expectations, possessing the value of market promotion.
Gas absorption-air source heat pump is a kind of air source absorption heat pump technology. The device uses natural gas as the driving energy, and applies ammonia absorption heat pump technology to absorb heat from the air, thus making high grade heat. Compared with conventional gas-fired boiler, efficiency can increase 1.4 ~ 1.7 times, is a typical energy conservation and environmental protection products, can effectively solve the problem of a building energy supply, suitable for office buildings, hospitals, communities, swimming pool, hotel, new rural and so on various occasions, is one of the distributed energy strategy core products promoted by ENN Group.
1. System energy input: HT heat generator heating Q1+ LT heat generator Q2;
2. System heat output: condensing heat Q3+ absorption heat Q4
3. In the absorption system: Q2≈Q3, Q1≈Q4, COP=(Q3+Q4)/Q1≈1+Q2/Q3, So system fully makes use of the returned heat→reduces heat needed by unit ammonia generation, and makes use of air energy as far as possible to sharply increase efficiency

In order to actively cooperate with ENN distributed energy promotion strategy, and provides the core products in the field of distributed energy, Xindi energy engineering set up the development project of gas-air source heat pump, which was headed by the general manager, He Zhenyong, and carried a strictly time planning to meet the requirements of completing manufacturing on July 18, completing test before August 6th.
Time is tight, the task is heavy, in order to guarantee the project on schedule, the project team actively cooperate, the process, procurement, and production team work overtime to catch the schedule according to the given task, finally completed equipment manufacturing on July 17, with the test conditions ready.
Gas-air source heat pump test device
On July 18, 2017, the project team began the commissioning test. Because the device is optimized and improved greatly in the process, no experience learn from, the team trial and error and improve, four technology improvement, equipment combination, the ratio of media and the factors such as pressure, temperature adjusting, the best operating environment and operating parameters was determined . As of August 5th, the device has achieved continuous and stable operation; the thermal efficiency is stable between 140%~170%, marking the product's R & D success.
Compared with conventional gas-fired air source heat pumps, the self-developed gas-fired air source heat pump independently developed by Xindi energy engineering has the following advantages:
High thermal efficiency, wider range of application, and being able to match any scale of products. The gas-air source heat pump is developed independently by Xindi, so the technological process is flexible and advanced. The unit can provide 60 ~ 70 ℃ high temperature hot water, providing users with efficient energy-saving options, and can also be customized according to the end-user's thermal needs, providing the best products, intelligent control. The device adopts a new control system developed independently by Xindi, and the data feedback is fast, stable and accurate, which is the basis of realizing the intelligent operation of the Plant.
In the follow-up work, the project team will optimize the design by summarizing the experimental data and accumulating experimental experience. In the future, Xindi will also continue to study from data remote transmission, remote operation, automatic control, etc, to produce more intelligent, personalized products, to build a core proprietary technology and intelligent equipment in the field of ENN Group ubiquitous energy, boosting ENN Group distributed energy development strategy
