The high pressure natural gas contains abundant pressure energy. But the pressure energy in the gas station / pressure regulating station in the process transmission was not used effectively, and also heat source is needed to overcome temperature drop during the pressure reducing, causing huge waste of energy.

Aiming at this situation, Xindi equipment integration company started research and development the pressure regulating and power generating test unit making use of nature gas pressure energy, and in October 2016, the pressure regulating and power generating test unit making use of nature gas pressure energy, which was the first one in China, was launched in Langfang ENN gas Chengnan gate station in Langfang City. After a long time test running, the test unit runs in good condition, and during which the staff conducted a detailed analysis of the operation data, laid the foundation of extensive promotion of the pressure regulating and power generating test unit making use of nature gas pressure energy.

At the same time, technical staff of Xindi equipment integration company conducted investigation and technical demonstration on more than 20 natural gas gate stations. On July 22nd, the country's first self-developed pressure regulating and power generating integrator (model: XD-TYFD-S II -13000-1.7/0.4) completed the manufacturing, which is of high degree of integration, small footprint, easy and quick installation, smooth running, low noise due to the chassis is with a mute outside box and integrated skid, high degree of automation to realize real-time data transmission and monitoring due to coping with Internet technology. The device will be marketed as the key product to promote the utilization of natural gas pressure energy.

The pressure regulating and power generating integrator is the first one independently developed, designed and manufactured by Xindi equipment integration company based on the pressure regulating and power generating test unit, with full intellectual property rights, achieving a leapfrog development, from the R&D and design to integration and manufacture of the core equipment of the power generation system of pressure energy, being able to provide solid support to the new technology such as comprehensive utilization of natural gas pressure energy and distributed energy.
