EPC is contracted by Xin Di energy project.

A Panamanian ship, STENA BLUE SKY, one of the most beautiful LNG carriers, carrying 145,000 m3 of LNG started sailing from Qatar, successfully berthed at Zhoushan port. at 19:30, August 7, 2018.

On August 8, 2018, the first LNG carrier of Zhejiang Zhoushan LNG receiving and filling station project (referred to as the ENN Zhoushan LNG receiving station project) was officially unloaded. This marks the completion of the ENN Zhoushan LNG receiving station contracted by the EPC Xindi, which will soon enter the trial operation stage. In this regard, the relevant leaders of the National Energy Administration, the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the main leaders of the Zhoushan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government all expressed their congratulations.

The ENN Zhoushan LNG receiving station project officially started construction on January 4, 2016. After 28 months of construction, the project was finally completed successfully, and the construction period was shortened by more than 3 months compared with similar projects in China. During the construction process, the Xindi team always adheres to the corporate values of "adhering to conscience, advocating self-drive and being willing to share data", and keeps in mind the on-site management tenet of "safety is more important than Mount Tai, quality is higher than everything, and progress is efficiency", and comprehensively ensures safety, quality and progress control, which has won unanimous praise from the owners.

As the first large-scale LNG receiving station project approved by the State Energy Administration and invested by private enterprises, the ENN Zhoushan LNG receiving station project integrates multi-business and multi-functions like LNG receiving and unloading storage, gas-liquid transportation, distribution and transshipment, ship filling, emergency peak shaving, comprehensive utilization of cold energy, among which the ship filling function is the first one in the receiving station in China. 

The project is designed entirely by the Xindi team and fully absorbs the experience of the existing domestic receiving stations. The three-dimensional digital design is adopted from the PID stage. The process simulation software is used to simulate nearly 100 operating conditions and to determine the design parameters of the main equipment and pipelines. The water hammer and stress analysis are carried out for all the low-temperature pipelines to achieve essential safety design. Innovation and breakthrough in cold energy utilization technology is realized in the Project. 

The successful completion of the project has improved the overall project management level of the Xindi team, and accumulated valuable construction experience and reference for future projects. At the same time, the project is to meet the future sustainable development of the Zhoushan Islands and the new area of clean energy demand for local long-term stable natural gas supply, and effectively alleviate the shortage of natural gas supply pressure in Zhejiang Province.
