Equipment Integration Company LNG Emergency Gasification Plant Completed R & D and Commissioning.

On August 4, 2018, the LNG emergency gasification equipment developed and manufactured by Xindi Energy Engineering Equipment Integration Company completed the performance test at the equipment integration experimental base. All the performance indicators reached or exceeded the design value, marking the successful completion of R&D of LNG emergency gasification equipment.

LNG emergency gasification plant is mainly used in the city peak shaving emergency supplement, temporary gas of industrial users and gas supply of gas pipeline emergency scenarios.

The LNG emergency gasification plant successfully developed this time has the following characteristics:

the adoption of direct-fired water bath gasification avoids fogging and frost, and the gasification capacity can be up to 5000Nm³/h;

large air volume adjustment range, which can be operated within the range of 500-5000Nm³/h;

the plant has a short reaction time and is highly integrated, and can be put into use when the plant is in place;

the structure is compact and reasonable, with the length, width and height of 5500mm * 3000mm * 3200mm respectively. It is convenient to transport and lift.

The successful development of this plant solves the problems of the traditional LNG station, such as the frosting of equipment, long construction period, high overall cost, poor mobility of equipment, etc. Its 500-5000 Nm³/h intelligent adjustable gas output has a wide range of applications. It is flexible, efficient, safe and intelligent integrated equipment. It will be put into use in the temporary LNG residential gas supply project of Gaoyou Company of Yangzhou ENN Gas.
