To better care for and encourage the new employees, let the new employees integrate into the big family of the design branch as soon as possible, and enhance the sense of belonging of the new employees, the Design Branch organized the meeting of the 2018 new recruits on the morning of August 8. A total of more than 40 people attended the meeting, including vice president, Fan Baojun, chief engineer, Xin Jun, functional department leaders, professional leaders and the expert team.
A total of 14 new recruits were enrolled from the university, and they were assigned to work posts such as gas process, HVAC and conventional design group. After more than 10 days of intensive training, the new recruits started their work today. In order to have a comprehensive understanding of new employees' thoughts, work and other aspects, to set up a platform for new employees to start their own business, let new employees grow up as soon as possible, the company organized this meeting.
At the meeting, the new employees introduced themselves one by one. Chief Engineer, Market Development Group Convener Xin Jun, and Deputy Convener of the Comprehensive Project Group Liu Mingwu gave a detailed introduction to the company's organizational structure, business operations, development strategy, key projects, and technological innovation and market development, so that everyone can feel the company's work, the brand influence of the industry and the core, have a certain understanding of the competitiveness, enhancing the sense of identity and collective sense of honor of the new employees.
In the experience sharing process, 6 old staff from different departments, such as gas process, construction and so on, advised new employees to be down-to-earth, diligent and hardworking, to release vitality and passion, to display their specialties and various talents, to make constant progress and grow as soon as possible, with their own personal experience,personal insights, and practical cases.
New employees also ask questions and communicate with members of the company's decision-making group, convener of individual drived and empowered organizers, professional leaders, and expert teams on a variety of issues in their work and life. In conclusion, deputy general manager, Fan Baojun, made three requirements for the young and energetic new employees: First, they should recognize ENN culture, understand and constantly practice the core values of "adhering to conscience, advocating self-drive, succeed in data and being willing to share" in their future life and work, and achieve the unity of knowledge and practice. Second, they should study hard and practice hard. Work is another new stage and starting point after the campus period. “It is better to travel ten thousand miles than to read ten thousand books”. Third, they need to maintain the spirit of innovation. Young people are active in thinking and have a strong capacity to accept innovative affairs. They should welcome new challenges in their work with an open mind and positive attitude and strive to become a technical backbone and mainstay in the company.
At the same time, Fan Baojun also placed high hopes on new employees. He said that this year is the beginning of management change in the design branch, in the "self-drive + empowerment" mode, new employees should learn to be useful, learn for application, to complete their transformation from students to employees, from the school environment to the social environment in the fierce industry competition, and should display the skill and the ambition, realize the individual value and the life dream as soon as possible in the new role, the new post and the new environment.
