A New Start and a New Journey

Along with the pace of the ENN 29th Anniversary, 14 undergraduates in 2018 joined the Equipment Integration Company with the hope and desire for the future. On the afternoon of August 8, the company organized a meeting for undergraduates, and General Manager Bai Yong, team leaders of the company and department directors attended the meeting.

At the meeting, undergraduates introduced themselves one by one and expressed their feelings of joining ENN. The leaders attending the conference introduced the existing business, working process, future development prospect and the expectation to the undergraduates to join the department. Through communication, the mutual recognition between the company and undergraduates was promoted, and the sense of identity of undergraduates to the company was increased. The general manager of the company put forward the request to the undergraduates: each starting point is a new challenge, and he hoped that they cherish the opportunity, work down to earth; observe carefully, be good at finding problems; keep young people's vitality, display intelligence, and integrate into ENN culture and work as soon as possible, and realize the dream with the development of the company.

This year's undergraduates are different in number, educational background and specialty from previous years. In order to let them have a more comprehensive understanding of the company's business and process in a short time, the company's HR department has compiled a 10-week internship plan on the basis of consulting the leaders from company and relevant departments, and divided undergraduates into five groups to practice. Each group is shifted in the company's four major business departments: design, production, manufacturing process and materials. The knowledge points that should be mastered in each department were identified and a summary is carried out at the end of each stage to promote the improvement of the internship effect.
